Mr. Sayantan Bose Ms. Priyanka Gope ...for the petitioners This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Bidhannagar to dispose of Title Suit No.234 of 2020 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, learned counsel for the petitioners shall be obliged to forward a copy of the Article 227 application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned counsel representing the opposite parties before the learned trial judge.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the evidence of the plaintiffs' witnesses has already been closed and that May 14, 2025 has been fixed for evidence of the first witness of the defendants.

In the light of the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioners, CO No.3472 of 2024 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Bidhannagar to take up the hearing of Title Suit No.234 of 2020 on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to dispose of the same as

expeditiously as possible, preferably by the end of the month of November 2025, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
