Learned advocates appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the opposite party no. 2 fervently urge that the matters are taken up for hearing today.

Learned advocate for the petitioners expresses his difficulty in attending Court tomorrow while learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court is on 23.11.2021.

In such circumstances, and on consent of both the parties, the revisional applications pertaining to two complaint cases are being taken up together for hearing.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his client would not like to press these applications. A written instruction to this effect has been taken on record.

In view of the above, the revisional applications and the connected applications are dismissed as not pressed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
