This writ petition was filed challenging an order of rejection of an application for grant of transfer of license of a stall at Sinjuri market, Chittaranjan. When the writ petition was entertained, there was no interim order granted. By efflux of time nothing would survive in the matter for consideration at this juncture.

Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the respondents if still a need arises to do so.
