The petitioner complains that the private respondents/son and daughter-in-law are torturing the petitioner and his wife and are compelling them to transfer the property in their favour.

Jagacha Police Station has registered FIR No. 88 of 2022 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint. Investigation has been completed and Charge Sheet No. 113 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022 has been filed.

The private respondent/daughter-in-law is stated to have filed a complaint against the petitioner, inter alia, under Section 498A of the IPC and the provisions of the D. V. Act.

This Court is of the view that the private respondents should not disturb the petitioner in any way.

The learned counsel for the private respondents undertakes before this Court not to disturb the petitioner in any way.

Jagacha Police shall maintain vigil over the said premises and ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

8.

In the event of any further complaint from the petitioner or his wife against the private respondents/son and daughter-in-law, due enquiry shall be made and if necessary, coercive measures shall be taken against the private respondents.

9.

The other pending proceedings may continue in accordance with law.

10.

The writ petition is thus disposed of.

11.

There shall be no order as to costs.

12.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
