1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he requires to go to Hyderabad for his treatment. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the condition of bail i.e. to remain within the district of Paschim Bardhaman. He has duly complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon him.

2. Under such circumstances, condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner i.e. to remain within the district of Paschim Bardhaman is waived.

3. Other conditions of bail shall continue.
