Having heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioners and also taking into consideration the objection of the State Counsel as well as the materials in the case diary, I find that the contraband article was recovered from the motorbike of the present petitioner.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory of the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. 4.
