Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of Mahadeb Chowdhury @ Bittu was turned in May, 2023. Petitioner stands on the same footing with the said co-accused viz., Mahadeb Chowdhury @ Bittu and not with the co-accused who are on bail.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
