The order of the Court is yet to be complied with. Learned advocate representing the Chairman of the Municipality submits that provisional pension has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner.

The Pension Payment Order is yet to be issued by the Director of Pension Provident Fund & Group Insurance for which the Municipality is not in a position to release the payment.

The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits, upon instruction that, the Chairman of the Municipality compelled the petitioner to file an undertaking before the Municipality that he would not claim the arrear dues.

Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnor shall make appropriate submission with

regard to the undertaking that was sought from the petitioner.

The matter stand adjourned till May 9, 2024.

An affidavit-of-compliance shall be filed on the adjourned date.
