Dismissed that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Petitioner is in custody for about 110 days.

I have considered the materials in the case diary and I am of the view that at this stage, it would not be fit and proper to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 1845 of 2025 is dismissed. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the examination of the victim is over.
