Some of the documents leading to the second order dated 13th August, 2019 are to be found in the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner but do not enclose in the final order of suspension.
WPA 25408 of 2017 is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous.
The petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh writ petition on a fresh cause of action subject to the alternative remedy available to the writ petitioner. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
