The matter was heard on 23rd December, 2025. However, for certain clarifications with regard to the affidavit annexed to the writ petition, the matter is placed under the heading "To be mentioned".

It is found from the affidavit to the writ petition that the surname of the petitioner is "Chakraborty" whereas the surname of the mother, who is the deceased employee, "Banerjee".

Mr. Shamim Ul Bari, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the name of the father of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as "Late Jagadish Chandra Banerjee" in the affidavit annexed to the writ petition in stead of "Late Biswanath Chakraborty". The mother of the petitioner late Nila Banerjee continued to use her surname "Banerjee" and did not change it on

marriage. He seeks leave to file a supplementary affidavit in order to bring such fact on record. 4.

Leave granted.

Let such supplementary affidavit be filed by the petitioner on the retunable date.
