WPA 3408 of 2015 filed by some of the depositors of the same group of companies, is already pending before this Court, hence we do not find any reason to keep the present petition pending, as the prayer is similar. The issue regarding refund of the amount to the depositors is being considered by this Court in the aforesaid petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance in the aforesaid writ petition pending in this Court. He shall also be at liberty to get the present writ petition revived, if any relief claimed by him still survives. [Rajesh Bindal, C.J.(A)] [Arijit Banerjee, J.]
