Learned advocate for the defacto- complaiant submits that information was furnished to the concerned police station that the petitioner was staying at his residence by violating the conditions.

Learned advocate for the petitioner denies such allegations.

In view of the aforesaid, I direct that the petitioner would take out an application before the learned jurisdictional court. The learned jurisdictional court will conduct an enquiry and, if it

is satisfied, will allow the petitioner to enter the jurisdiction of Palashipara Police Station.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
