Mr. Pinaki Dhole .... For the petitioner The extension of the ad interim order of injunction is under challenge in this civil revisional application. Such order being an appellable one, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, CO 3498 of 2023 is dismissed as not maintainable.

The petitioner is at liberty to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon replacing the same by a photocopy thereof. However, dismissal of this application shall not preclude the petitioner from approaching the appropriate forum for challenging the order impugned in accordance with law, if so advised.
