Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and having regard to the fact that one vial of liquid which appears to be tagquit has been recovered from the room of the present petitioner which appears to be poisonous in nature read with the statement of the victim, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
