The applicant/petitioner seeks to withdraw the contempt application on certain defects made therein and seeks further liberty to file a fresh application on the same cause of action.

In view of the above submission the contempt application being CPAN No. 1068 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to file a fresh application on the same cause of action.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
