It appears that the present petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present revisional application and as such there is no justification to keep this matter alive in the list. Accordingly, the revisional application being No. CO/3184/2012 is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
