the writ petition which was dismissed for default on 09.12.2021.

Considering the grounds as made out and in the interest of justice, the restoration application being CAN 3 of 2023 is allowed. Order dated 09.12.2021 is hereby recalled. Writ petition being WPA 23962 of 2006 is restored to its original file and number.

CAN 3 of 2023 stands disposed of.

Petitioner is directed to serve notice of restoration upon all the respondents and file affidavitof-service on the next date of hearing. Matter to appear in the monthly list of May, 2025.
