Despite service of notice the private respondent are not represented. Affidavit of Service is on record.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the conduct of their tenant.

The matter is about intimidation, threaten and use of abusive language by the private respondents against the petitioner. A portion of the petitioners' premises falls under the Jorasanko Police Station and the rest is under the Girish Park Police Station.

The Girish Park Police Station has registered FIR being Nos. 163 dated 24.08.2022 and 169 dated 29.08.2022.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the Police Stations are directed to complete investigation into the said FIRs within a period of 2 months

from date, if not already done and file a final report before the Magistrate concerned.

The Jorasanko Police Station as well as the Girish Park Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

7.

The petitioners have take out civil proceedings against the tenants. They may continue in accordance with law.

8.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
