Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

The materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioners were not only present in the locale but also participated in the assault on the victim.

Investigations are yet to be concluded.

The police are investigating into a murder.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5088 of 2022 is dismissed.
