Rajib Kumar It appears that the application for contempt being CPAN 1590 of 2024 was earlier dismissed for default on 18th March, 2025 for non-appearance of the applicants on two consecutive occasions. Thereafter, the application for restoration was filed being CAN 1 of 2025. Yet, on the last occasion i.e. on 13.08.2025, no one represented the applicants or prayed for any accommodation. Even today, when the matter is called on, no one appears on behalf of the applicants.

Accordingly, the application for restoration is dismissed for default.
