Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is two-fold:- First, the private respondents are trying to dispossess him from the property purchased by him from the predecessor in interest of the private respondents.

Second, the private respondents have assaulted him severely.

The petitioner lodged complaint before the police in this regard. Though the complaint was registered as FIR, no further step was taken by the police.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the matter was investigated into and charge sheet submitted. The accused persons surrendered before the learned Court and were granted bail.

Learned counsel for the private respondents submits that the private respondents are in possession of the property in question.

I have considered the submission made on behalf of the parties. It appears that the dispute between the parties is essentially civil in nature. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate civil forum for redressal of his grievance. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation held by the police authority, he is also at liberty to take necessary steps before the appropriate forum.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
