And In Re : Hira Sekh ...... petitioner Mr. Arnab Chatterjee Mr. Anisur Rahaman Ms. Dhanasree Biswas ....for the petitioner Mr. Navanil De ....for the State The injured suffered cut injury on the neck and the throat by a sharp cutting weapon.

The injured implicates the petitioner in the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5091 of 2022 is dismissed.
