Perused the case diary.

It is the prosecution case that the petitioner was the kingpin in the racket of preparing false Aadhar Card, Caste Certificate and Khadya Suraksha Card.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
