This matter relates to appointment of a Para Teacher in Surabhi Sthan Bhuban Mahila Uchha Balika Vidyalaya. The selection process was initiated in the year 2004. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
