It has been submitted on behalf of the parties that matter relates to selection process that is 1st SLST, 2016 (Classes IX and X). It has also been submitted that entire selection process relating to SLST, 2016 for Classes IX, X, XI and XII has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division

Bench and the judgment delivered by the Hon'ble Division Bench has been questioned by preferring Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the aforesaid facts, no relief can be granted in favour of the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law if situation so arises in future.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
