Mr. Das, learned advocates files fresh vakalatnama in the Department in order to represent the opposite party No. 2. The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Talpatighat Coastal Police Station, Purba Medinipur dated 01.04.2024 stated that the petitioner i.e. Chinmoy Jana has expired on 24.12.2023 supported by a copy of the death certificate. Let the said report be kept on record.

The report filed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai, Purba Medinipur dated 03.04.2024 stated that the G.R. Case No. 1035 of 2011 arising out of Khejuri P.S. Case No. 254 of 2011 dated 29.11.2011 U/S 493/313/347/376/511 of the Indian Penal Code had already been transferred to the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court, Contai for disposal. On enquiry it comes to learn that the instant case was registered as ST/06/November/2016 in the Court of Ld. Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 1st Court, Contai and the

same was disposed of and accused were acquitted on 22.07.2019.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
