The case of the petitioner relates to disturbances and harassment for the purpose of encroaching his property.

The records of the case reflect that proceedings are pending before the learned Civil Court as well as LRTT.

Learned advocate for the petitioner

submits that an injunction, which was granted by the learned Appellate Court, is still subsisting. In spite of the same, the private respondents are attempting to encroach upon his property.

Be that as it may, since appropriate forum(s) are in seisin of the title and/or rights of the property, I direct that the police authorities for the time being will keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results as the petitioner and the private respondents are, at present, having inimical relationship.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 23562 of 2023 is disposed of.
