The petitioner complains that a complaint lodged by him before the Inspector-in-Charge, Mohanpur police station, Paschim Midnapore was not accepted. The petitioner seeks liberty to take necessary steps in this regard before the appropriate forum. Such liberty is granted.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
