CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 3216 of 2012 In the matter of : Ashika Credit Capital Ltd. & Ors. ....petitioners. In Re : An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings being Case No. C/24919 of 2011(T. R. No. 2576/2011) pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta under Section 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the allegations made in the petition of complaint and the contention advanced by the petitioners who have been implicated in the said case, I am of the view that the complainant ought to be allowed to adduce the evidence before the charge in the trial court. No interference is called for by this court at this belated stage regarding the contentions advanced by he petitioners.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 3216 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
