Petitioner Mr. Debasis Sur Mr. Hare Krishna Halder Mr. Angshuman Patra ...for the petitioner Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner preferred an application under Section 12 of the Protection of the Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 with prayers under the relevant provisions of law. However, after filing the said case in 2018, the private Opposite Party No.2 is stretching the same on various other reasons.

Having regard to the fact that till date the petitioner has not received any farthing, I direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas to fix at least one date in every fortnight so that the trial of the case finds its logical conclusion within a reasonable timeframe.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3842 of 2023 is disposed of.
