This is an application for expeditious hearing of Misc. Case No.2 (Arbitration) of 2021, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 9th Court, Alipore.

Record reveals that 12th October, 2023 was fixed for hearing on the show cause petition and a direction was passed to file written objection, if any, in the meantime. Since Misc. Case no.2 (Arbitration) of 2021 was filed in the year 2021, this Court is of the considered view that the same should be disposed of expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid, CO 3501 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 9th Court, Alipore to dispose of the Misc.

Case No.2 (Arbitration) of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. \ (HIRANMAY BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
