2. The subject matter of the instant writ petition is similar to W.P.A. No. 4200 of 2023 that was disposed of on 4th April, 2023.

3. Counsel for the private respondents submits that his clients have already approached the West Bengal Pollution Control Board in terms of the said order.

4. In view of the order dated 4th April, 2023 (supra), a copy whereof is kept with the instant writ petition, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
