2. Learned advocate representing the contemnor, submits upon instruction that, the proceeding to deal with the unauthorized construction was initiated by the Special Officer (Building), KMC and final order has been passed on 15th June, 2023.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that his client has not been served a copy of the said order. Let a copy of the same be served upon the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner by today.

4. The order is an appealable one. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the said order in accordance with law, if so advised.

5. The contempt application stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
