The writ application has been preferred praying for permission to submit their application for recruitment relating to Assistant Teacher in Primary School.

The petitioners rely upon an order dated 05.01.2025 in WPA 92 of 2021 in support of his contentions.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Primary Board has rightly pointed out to the Court that the notification dated 25.09.2025 on the basis of which the petitioners pray for liberty is not a notice calling for application. Clause 9 of the said notification is relevant wherein it has been noted that the Schedule for opening application portal and

submitting the filled in application form through online mode will be notified later.

The petitioner could not place any notification to show that the respondent authorities have called for application.

Considering the said notification challenged the writ application being premature stands dismissed.

7.

Liberty to file afresh.
