Mr. Meghnad Saha ..... for the Petitioners This is an application for expeditious disposal of Money Suit No.28 of 2022 pending before the learned Commercial Court at Alipore.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that several interlocutory applications are pending. He submits that an application under Order I Rule 10(1) of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 is pending and the same has been fixed for hearing on 9th February, 2024. He further submits that several other applications are also pending In view of the aforesaid, CO 3503 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Alipore, to take up hearing of the interlocutory applications on the next date fixed and dispose of the same expeditiously and thereafter dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties keeping in mind the object of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
