This is an application for expeditious hearing of a petition dated 6th October, 2018 filed in Title Execution Case No.17 of 2006 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the said application is pending since October, 2018. 3.

In view thereof, C.O. 3505 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Barasat to take up the hearing of the petition dated 6th October, 2018 on the next date fixed and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but, positively within a period of six weeks from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
