Versus

The District Magistrate, Barasat None appears for the petitioner. From the order sheet it is seen that even in 2009 none had appeared for the petitioner. The prayers sought for in the writ petition was to pass orders on an application filed by the petitioner bank under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. By efflux of time nothing would survive for consideration in this writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner bank to avail remedies in accordance with law.
