Petitioner submits that similarly placed accused persons have been granted bail by Co-ordinate Benches. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary and has referred to specific recoveries being made from the House of this particular accused person.

Having regard to the other materials also available on record and the materials which have been collected against this petitioner, at this stage I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, CRM(M) 1879 of 2025 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
