The writ application is moved praying for direction upon the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2025 annexed at page 13 Annexure P3 of the writ application filed by the respondent no. 6.

On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the Station Manager, Raina Customer Care Centre, WBSEDCL, Purba Burdwan, respondent no. 6 shall consider the said representation of the petitioner, on hearing the parties and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within 60 days from the date of this order.
