CAN 2 of 2023 is an application for condonation of delay of 459 days in filing such application for recalling of the order dated 29th September, 2016.

As there is an inordinate delay, learned counsel for the applicants in the contempt application, being the respondents in this modification application prays leave to file affidavit-in-opposition.
