Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence this writ petition has been classified under Group IX of the classification list instead of Group IV.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to correct the classification list accordingly, in the presentation form.

By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned provisional attachment order of the bank account of the petitioner which arises out of the order in original dated 10th April, 2023 which is appellable under the statute.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner except granting liberty to the petitioner to file statutory

appeal against the impugned adjudication order within two weeks from date and if such appeal is filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein the same shall be considered on merit without raising the point of delay.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 23580 of 2023 stands disposed of.
