Ms. Rita Patra, learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the present petition has become infructuous since the wife of the petitioner has been rescued. The petitioner does not intend to proceed further with the present writ petition. She files an unsigned copy of the instructions of the petitioner dated 2nd October, 2025, which is taken on record.

In view of above submissions, the writ petition being W.P.A. (P) 444 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous.
