Special Civil Jurisdiction (Contempt) Appellate Side CPAN 1593 of 2024 In WPA 16267 of 2024 Arijit Biswas versus Pranab Kumar Biswas Mr. Baidurya Ghosal, Ms. Anupama Biswas, Mr. Saikat Mukherjee, ....for the Alleged Contemnor The order under contempt dated 1st August, 2024 passed in WPA 16267 of 2024 was carried on in appeal by the respondents in the said writ petition. The appeal being MAT 1846 of 2024 was disposed of by setting aside the order under contempt dated 1st August, 2024.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the contempt application has become infructuous. The contempt application being CPAN 1593 of 2024 is, therefor, dismissed without any further order but by recording that the order under contempt does not exist as the same has already been set aside.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
