Learned advocate representing the Railways submits, upon instruction that, the unauthorised construction of VAT has been demolished. The petitioner appearing in person admits such demolition. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Howrah Municipal Corporation, the Railways and the police to keep strict vigil and ensure that no garbage is thrown at the subject place.

The written instruction provided by the Railways be retained with the records.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
