1. Heard learned advocates for the petitioner and for the State at length.

2. Perused the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the case diary.

3. It is submitted that the present application for bail may be considered favourably since co-accused persons on similar footing have been enlarged on bail by a Division Bench of this Court.

4. Such prayer is vehemently opposed on behalf of the State.

5. On careful consideration of the entire materials of the Case Diary, it reveals that commercial quantity of contraband material was seized from the conscious possession of the present accused petitioner.

6. In view of such fact, the prayer for bail of the present accused petitioner is considered and rejected.
