Petitioner prays for relaxation of the earlier condition imposed in the order of bail dated 17.01.2025. Records reflect that petitioner was not allowed to enter the jurisdiction of Nakashipara Police Station and he was directed to meet with the Officer-in-Charge under whose jurisdiction he would be residing.

So far as the condition relating to entering Nakashipara Police Station is concerned, the same is hereby waived. Petitioner would enter the jurisdiction of Nakashipara Police Station and would meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Nakashipara Police Station once in a fortnight till further orders of the Court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
