Chaitali Banerjee -Vs- Sri Santanu Banerjee This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure whereby the withdrawal of Matrimonial Suit no. 1710 of 2018 pending before the 2nd Court of Learned District Judge at Barrackpore, District 24-Parganas (North) has been sought for with the prayer for transfer of the said suit to any Court competent to try and dispose of it under the Judgeship of learned District Judge, Howrah.

None appears in support of the application.

The opposite party is not represented as well.

C.O. 3908 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the Court where the said matrimonial suit is pending.
