The petitioner participated in the selection process for filling up the vacancies for the post of Assistant Teacher in upper primary level schools in relation to 1st SLST (AT), 2016.

The representation of the petitioner after grievance hearing has been disposed of by the Commission. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been awarded marks for his Bachelor's degree and B.Ed degree on the ground that those documents were not legible and/or not uploaded.

It appears from the fact sheet annexed with the reasoned order of the Commission that the marks in respect of all of his academic qualifications have been awarded to the petitioner but he could not secure the qualifying marks.

The writ petition is devoid of any merit. W.P.A. 23832 of 2022, therefore is dismissed without any order as to costs.
