1. The grievance of the writ petitioners in the writ petition is that the 8th respondent who is the teacher in the 7th respondent/Headmaster of the school is one of the three teachers in the said school but he is not reporting for duty.

2. In this regard, the attendance register has also been annexed along with the writ petition.

3. It is not clear as to how the petitioners came in possession of the said attendance register.

4. Be that as it may, if there is any genuinity of the complaint, the District Primary School Council should examine the same.

5. Therefore, we direct the petitioners to submit a fresh representation by appearing in the Office of the District Primary School Council, Malda and submit the representation along with the documents in support of their claim and also the copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the Council

shall issue notice to the school as well as the 8th respondent and conduct an enquiry and proceed to take action in accordance with law.

6. This direction be complied with within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the representation to be submitted by the writ petitioners in terms of the above direction.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
